On behalf of the men and women of the Brunswick Division of Police, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our official website. As our mission states, we are “Law enforcement providing a safe and secure community through proactive partnerships, while maintaining integrity, dedication and respect.”
It is through our partnerships and community based policing philosophy that the City of Brunswick is consistently recognized as one of the safest places to live, work and raise a family in northeast Ohio. We are committed to providing the highest level of professional police service to our community and if we can be of service or you have comments or suggestions please feel free to contact us.
We know policy is a big part of the equation as the Division of Police strives to meet high standards of professionalism and service for the Brunswick community. Based on five key metrics, the Lexipol Connect program has recognized us for excellence in policy maintenance and training.

Online payment of fines
Payment must be made with a credit card issued to the person listed on the citation only. Credit card verification information must match what is on file with the credit card company. You cannot use another person’s credit card to pay your fine. You must pay the full amount; no partial payments can be accepted. Online payment should be available within 48 hours following the issuance of a ticket. Online payment must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled court appearance.

“A Child Is Missing” is a national non-profit that helps law enforcement locate missing children, dementia sufferers, college students missing on campus and others. You can become a part of this effort. By signing up your cell phone or other number at “A Child Is Missing”, you can receive CodeRED messages alerting you to missing persons.
