A DORA (designated outdoor refreshment area) is a selected outdoor location where open containers of alcoholic beverages are permitted.
In most cases such drinks must be consumed in a restaurant or bar or must be carried unopened to the home. But in a DORA these beverages may be consumed in a specially designated outdoor location at indicated times and under specific conditions. The information on this page details those conditions and the area in which they apply.
